How to Order
- Whole lamb is $7.00 per pound (average 50 pounds).
- Half lamb is $7.50 per pound (average 20-25 pounds)
- Whole Baby Lamb is $11.00 per pound (Average 16-25 pounds)
- If you choose less than whole or half lamb, available cuts include:
- Boneless shoulder roasts - $7.00 per pound
- Premium loin chops - $10.00 per pound
- Racks of lamb - $12.00 per pound
- Gourmet bone-in or boneless legs of lamb - $8.25 per pound
- Shanks - $7.50 per pound
- Kabob meat - $7.00 per pound
- Ground lamb - $5.00 per pound
- Special processing is available.
Please allow 3-4 weeks for the lamb to be processed by our USDA approved butcher.
Shipping costs $40 and insulated packaging, refrigerant and next day delivery, provided you return the box and refrigerant.
